Gerard Graham

Gerard is a Fellow Chartered member and past regional Chair of the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB). With a broad range of experience, he has worked for contractors and property development companies in site engineering, compliance management. and business development roles.

In his role as a part-time Tutor & Assessor for Training LMS, Gerard has tutored many candidates to help them complete the Professional Review process to become a Chartered member of the CIOB. He has also worked directly with construction industry leaders to help them undertake the process to gain Chartered Fellowship of the CIOB. Gerard’s industry specialism is public sector bid management. He is a Board member of the Construction Industry Training Board (CITB) Northern Ireland.
