Jonathan Payne

Jonathan, a degree-qualified Quantity Surveyor, is a renowned professional within the industry, with 33 years of experience, 24 of which were as Managing Director of construction companies. He is a Fellow and Trustee of the CIOB, the immediate Past-Chair of the Northern Ireland Hub of the CIOB, a Board Member of the Construction Industry Training Board, and a columnist and podcaster for Specify Magazine.

Jonathan is Training LMS’s mentor for the CIOB Fellowship programme, and he also tutors in areas of construction technology, procurement, tendering, cost management and dispute resolution.
