I made the decision to attain MCIOB status to reflect my commitment to the profession in upholding the standards that the MCIOB expects of their members. My beliefs and practices closely align with that of the CIOB, I subsequently want to demonstrate this to my colleagues and clients by being chartered through the CIOB.

I thoroughly enjoyed the process, it isn’t often that you get a chance to reflect on previous achievements in as much depth as the professional review offers.

Training LMS offered a fantastic service, Paul Young’s commitment to assisting me was really refreshing. Paul took the time to carefully review what I had written in detail and offer practical advice on sections of the PR that could be improved. With Paul being an assessor himself, I could be sure that the advice I was being given was relevant and would assist me in being able to achieve the highest marks available 

I would advise anyone thinking about achieving MCIOB status to go for it! The additional time and effort required to achieve MCIOB is worth it in the long run. MCIOB status helps you stand out from the crowd and gives you confidence in being able to provide the best service for your clients.
