I completed the Chartered Membership Programme through Training LMS and found the experience to be highly valuable. The weekly webinars were clear, engaging, and easy to follow, with Roger and Jonathan delivering the content thoroughly and effectively. Guest speakers from various sectors of the built environment provided valuable insights into their day-to-day roles and responsibilities, which added depth and relevance to the learning.

The practice assignments at the end of each module were extremely helpful in preparing for the final submission. These tasks gave me a clear understanding of how to structure and present the final assignments. I particularly appreciated the 1-on-1 calls with Roger and Jonathan, where they provided tailored feedback and explained what the auditors were looking for.

Training LMS offered consistent support throughout the process, both before and during the final assignments, which helped put my mind at ease. The follow-up webinar on the next steps after submission was also very informative and well-timed.

I also completed the Professional Review through Training LMS and was mentored by Paul Andrews. Paul’s feedback during our scheduled 1-on-1 Teams calls—after each of the three sections—was incredibly helpful. His timely and constructive guidance enabled me to complete the entire review process within five weeks of starting to draft my experience statements.
